API forged steel ball valve is suitable for long-distance pipelines and general industrial pipeline. Its strength, safety, resistance to harsh environments are taken into special consideration in design. The API forged steel ball valve is suitable for all kinds of corrosive and non corrosive media. Compared with  cast steel ball valve,in work, the applied force that upstream fluid pressure generate on the ball are all transferred to the bearing  . Thus the sphere wouldn’t move to the valve seat. Therefore the valve seat will not be under too much pressure. This decided that fixed valve has small torque. There is little chance for the valves to be transformed. And sealing is tight. Its other advantages are long service life, suitable for high pressure, large caliber. Each valve has two valve seats, and each direction can be sealed. So there is no limit for the flow direction and the flow is bidirectional.
